My best work has always happened behind the scenes. I started as a Production Assistant and worked my way up to Producer across more than two decades in commercial and branded content production. Along the way, I had the privilege of collaborating with elite artists, A-list musicians, Academy Award-winning directors, and world-class creative teams to bring some of the most recognized campaigns to life. I managed multi-million-dollar budgets, built and owned complex schedules, served as the hub of communication across crews of 200 or more, and navigated the logistics of productions shot across the country and around the world.  The work demanded precision, diplomacy, and an almost obsessive attention to detail. It required someone who could thrive in ambiguity, always think two steps ahead, and hold an enormous number of moving parts together under pressure.

What I loved most was the quiet satisfaction of knowing a project succeeded because of the well-executed creative brief, the thoughtfully built schedule, the team I vetted and assembled, the vendors I sourced and managed, and the problems I solved before anyone else knew they existed. I made it possible for the creatives I partnered with to focus entirely on their craft.

Daily life and households follow a similar production formula. Together, we build a profile, establish priorities, and put the right people and vendors in place, in service of a household that deserves to run seamlessly. McCarthy Private Services was built on a simple question I kept asking myself: if I could support a crew of 200 on a high-stakes production halfway around the world, what could I do for a family or principal right here at home?

I live in Franklin with my husband, stepsons, and my doodle.
